Leadtech is engaged in inspection and verification activities aligned with ISO/IEC 17020 standards, supporting transparency, quality assurance, and accountability in public programmes. The organization also provides evidence-driven monitoring, evaluation, and assessment services for government and political institutions.
In response to the growing importance of digital engagement, Leadtech additionally offers strategic social media management for government bodies and political entities, combining data, narrative, and outreach to strengthen public communication.Since 2008, Leadtech’s growth reflects its commitment to rigour, independence, and impact across governance, politics, and social systems.
About the Founder
Mr. Vivek Singh Bagri
Mr. Vivek Singh Bagri, an IIT Bombay alumnus with both B.Tech and M.Tech in Chemical Engineering (2004 batch), is the visionary behind Leadtech’s transformation. With a strong foundation in analytical thinking and problem-solving, he initially steered Leadtech towards research and data-driven solutions.
Under his leadership, the organization’s vision expanded beyond traditional research to encompass political studies, social surveys, monitoring and evaluation, ISO-compliant inspection services, and strategic social media management. His forward-looking approach emphasizes integrating rigorous analytics, governance expertise, and digital engagement, positioning Leadtech as a trusted partner for governments, political entities, and development organizations.
Mr. Bagri’s vision continues to guide Leadtech’s evolution, ensuring innovation, integrity, and measurable impact remain at the core of its work.
About the Co-Founder
Ranjana Bagri
Ranjana Bagri, a 2004 graduate of NIT Allahabad, is the Co-Founder of Leadtech and leads the organization’s technology initiatives. With extensive experience in the software domain, she has driven the development of innovative mobile applications, dashboards, and digital tools that have transformed Leadtech’s operations and service delivery.
Her vision for technology-driven solutions has modernized Leadtech’s approach to monitoring, evaluation, social surveys, inspections, and digital engagement, ensuring the organization remains at the forefront of data-enabled governance and development services.
Our management team consists of the alumnus of topmost educational institutes such as IIT, IIM and NIT. The IT and database management department is headed by engineers and MCAs from prestigious institutes. Experienced social sciences post-graduates look after political, social and economic research division and graduates from leading institutes of Mass Communication and Political Science work as surveyors and data collectors.
